The present invention relates to a novel high temperature Bacillus sp. Microorganism and heat-resistant L-aspartate aminotransferase, alanine racease and glutamate racease produced therefrom, and according to the present invention Bacillus sp. -1) produces alanine and glutamate raceases that catalyze the interconversion of L-aspartate aminotransferase and L- and D-amino acids to transfer the amino group of L-aspartate to keto acid. It can be usefully used for the enzymatic synthesis of L-amino acid and the optical separation process of D, L-amino acid. |
