The present invention relates to novel thermophilic Bacillus stearothermophilus BCS-2 and heat-resistant D-alanine aminopeptidase and L-aspartate aminotransferase produced therefrom, Laudermophilus BCS-2 has heat-resistant D-alanine aminopeptidase activity and L-aspartate aminotransferase activity which can stably perform enzyme catalysis even at high temperature. It can be usefully used for enzymatic synthesis and enzymatic synthesis of various L-amino acids through amino group transfer reaction between L-amino acid and keto acid. |
