New Thermophilic Bacillus Microorganisms and Heat-Resistant Stereospecific D-Aminopeptidase Produced therefrom |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a novel thermophilic microorganism having heat-resistant stereospecific D-aminopeptidase activity and to a heat-resistant stereospecific D-aminopeptidase produced therefrom, which is a microorganism strain of the present invention Bacillus sp. BCS-1 (Bacillus sp. BCS-1) has a heat-resistant stereospecific D-aminopeptidase (DAP) activity that can stably perform enzyme reaction even at high temperature, and the DAP produced by this high temperature microorganism utilizes the reverse reaction of the enzyme reaction. It can be used to synthesize D-amino acid containing peptides. |
