titleOfInvention | Bacillus genus GM44 strain isolated from soil and chitosanase isolated from it |
abstract | The present invention relates to a novel Bacillus genus GM44 strain isolated from soil, a method for producing chitosanase which can produce chitosan oligosaccharides of high polymerization degree from an electric strain, and chitosanase isolated therefrom. Bacillus sp GM44 (KCTC 0377BP), which can produce high-polymerization chitosan oligosaccharides isolated from soils in Gyeongnam and Jeonnam, was inoculated in LB liquid medium and shaken to obtain a culture solution for inoculation. The supernatant was concentrated by centrifugation and the supernatant was washed, followed by ion exchange chromatography and gel filtration chromatography, and dialyzed with deionized water to prepare chitosanase. Chitosanase prepared from the strain of the present invention has a high yield of enzyme, high specific activity of the prepared enzyme, high activity against chitosan having a deacetylation range of 30 to 99%, and high polymerization degree of chitosan oligosaccharides. It can manufacture. |
