titleOfInvention | Lactobacillus casei HY418 producing ACE inhibitory peptides |
abstract | The present invention is a lactobacillus casei HY418 (depository organ: Korean spawn association, date of deposit), a new lactic acid bacterium of the genus Lactobacillus, which produces peptides having angiotensin I converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory activity from casein, a milk protein : Accession No .: KFCC-10971), and the present invention also relates to a novel peptide with ACE inhibitory activity produced by casein of Lactobacillus casei HY418. Lactobacillus casei HY418 is a lactic acid bacterium with excellent ability to produce casein-derived ACE inhibitory peptides compared to conventional lactic acid bacteria, which has been identified and isolated from crude oil.Because of its bacteriological properties, it is a new strain of Lactobacillus casei, casein It is a strain characterized by producing a new peptide having an ACE inhibitory activity from. In addition, the present invention provides a novel peptide having ACE inhibitory activity by isolating and identifying the ACE inhibitory peptide produced by casein Lactobacillus casei HY418 from the casein, the new peptide is the lysine (Lys) -threonine (N-terminal) Oligopeptides having the amino acid sequence of Thr) -Threonine (Thr) -Methionine (Met) -Proline (Pro). The new lactic acid bacteria and their metabolites, the new peptides of the present invention, may be used in various ways in medicines, animal medicines, and functional foods. |
