Edge manufacturing method for loudspeaker diaphragm |
abstract |
The edge for loudspeaker diaphragm places a pre-made diaphragm made of paper in one mold of a pair of coupling molds, a strip-shaped base material of the edges in one of the pair of molds, and the other mold in one mold. They are made by thermally molding them as they are combined. In this way the foaming action of the base material is made to proceed, and the ultimate foam edge is integrated with the diaphragm by the self-adhesive force of the material and mainly for loudspeaker diaphragm with any residual stress due to relaxed contraction in order not to cause any significant deformation. The edge is manufactured to be commonly used. |
