abstract |
The present invention provides a dopant for an organic acid, such as aniline monomer and pyrrole monomer, such as dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid (DBSA) or para-toluene sulfonic acid (p-TSA). And electroconductive polymers such as polyaniline and polypyrrole are polymerized in-situ in ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) emulsion latex using ammonium persulfate (APS) as an oxidant. It relates to a process for producing polyaniline or ABS / polypyrrole composite resin. The composite resin prepared according to the present invention exhibits sufficient electrical conductivity for antistatic even at low monomer content, and can optionally change the electrical conductivity of the composite resin by controlling the content of the monomer according to the use. |
