titleOfInvention | Stable Culture of Recombinant Microorganisms by Mixing Ampicillin with Methicillin |
abstract | The present invention relates to a safe culture method of recombinant microorganisms by mixing ampicillin (methicillin) and methicillin (methicillin). More specifically, the present invention provides a beta-lactamase ( Inhibitors of beta-lactam antibiotics and beta-lactamases in the culture medium of cultured recombinant microorganisms using selective beta-lactam antibiotics added to the medium with selective pressure The present invention relates to a method of stably culturing recombinant microorganisms by simultaneously adding phosphoric methicillin to prevent degradation of ampicillin by beta-lactamase. The method of the present invention allows the ampicillin added to the medium to act as a more potent selector to inhibit the growth of cells that do not degrade and contain plasmids in the culture of recombinant microorganisms, thereby utilizing the recombinant microorganisms from the laboratory scale to the actual industrial scale. It is an effective way to produce recombinant products with stable and high productivity. |
