titleOfInvention | Water-soluble, antimicrobial rayon fiber and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The present invention is prepared by treating cellulose with an aqueous solution of caustic soda, mixing the ammonium salt chitosan synthesized therein, and then spinning the solution obtained by dissolving the mixture in water at room temperature, and having sufficient mechanical properties and antibacterial properties when used. Later, it relates to a natural water-soluble, antimicrobial rayon fiber that is dissolved in hot water. This fiber continues to exert strong antimicrobial activity until it plays a role as a fiber, so it can be used for clothing such as disposable diapers, sanitary socks, inner and outer clothing, surgical doctors, patient clothing, surgical gloves, and pesticide spray gloves. Alternatively, the film may be used in gauze, antimicrobial sutures, artificial skin, drug release control packaging materials, medical treatments such as high-speed treatment live bandages, as well as food packaging materials, seeding bags, and the like. |
