By dispersing resin powder alone or by mixing with hydroxyapatite, it can effectively absorb sebum secreted when applied to oily skin with high sebum secretion and improve makeup's sustainability. It relates to a solid emulsion cosmetic composition for the T-zone site that can enhance the cosmetic effect.n n n Solid emulsion cosmetics according to the present invention is very light to wear by the silicone and silicone resin powder when applied to the skin, and has a strong sebum absorption ability only for the T-zone site where the secretion of sebum is vigorous, not for the entire application of the face.
