abstract The present invention relates to an anisotropic conductive adhesive film and composition having a rapid heat treatment rate, high heat resistance, high moisture resistance, long shelf life and excellent repair workability, wherein the adhesive composition is about 100 parts of cyanate ester, about 0.01 to 10 parts of heat treatment A catalyst, a thermoplastic resin capable of forming about 10 to about 300 parts of film, and about 10 to about 500 parts of epoxy resin and about 0.1 to about 20 parts of conductive particles per 100 parts of total adhesive composition.
