abstract The present invention relates to a novel expression plasmid capable of producing an exogenous protein fused with the lysyl-tRNA synthetase using the structure and expression characteristics of the lysyl-tRNA synthetase, and a method for efficiently producing an exogenous protein in E. coli using the expression plasmid. By using the method of the present invention, an active foreign protein can be mass-produced easily and can be widely used in industry.
