titleOfInvention | Polyorganosiloxane Graft Copolymer |
abstract | Grafting one or more types of monomers comprising at least one epoxy group-containing vinyl monomer with an ethylenically unsaturated bond on a composite rubber wherein the polyorganosiloxane rubber and the polyalkyl (meth) acrylate rubber are inseparably bonded to each other Obtained by consolidation; Here, it relates to a polyorganosiloxane graft copolymer wherein the component derived from the epoxy group-containing vinyl monomer comprises 1 to 30% by weight of the total ratio of the graft copolymer. This polyorganosiloxane graft copolymer is excellent in impact resistance, cold resistance and weather resistance, and also excellent in bonding strength to the paint film provided therein. This graft copolymer is useful as an adhesive and exhibits excellent adhesion, especially when attaching aromatic polymers such as polyesters (eg polyethylene terephthalate), polyphenylene oxide, polyphenylene sulfide and the like. |
