abstract The present invention relates to a substitute beverage composition that enhances the nutritional line and reinforces the taste and aroma in traditional fine powder. More specifically, the present invention is added to the components of conventional wheat flour, vegetable ingredients such as mugwort, carrot, pumpkin and hemp and mushrooms such as shiitake mushrooms and oyster mushrooms, and seaweeds such as kelp, apples, chestnuts and pine needles. The present invention relates to a substitute beverage composition that enhances nutritional ingredients by vegetables, mushrooms, algae and fruits, and enhances the unique taste and aroma of ingredients such as wormwood and apples. The substitute beverage composition of the present invention is rich in nutrients that can be easily consumed as a substitute for meals and snacks by males and females such as office workers and examinees due to the nutritional ingredients and pharmacological effects of various grains, body, mushrooms, seaweeds and fruits. It is a health-oriented alternative drink composition.
