titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of lyophilized medicine for contact lens |
abstract | A method of stabilizing a drug for a contact lens containing a proteolytic enzyme by adding a surfactant to a solution containing an effective amount of a proteolytic enzyme, and lyophilizing the aqueous composition containing a proteolytic enzyme in the presence of a surfactant Manufacture of lyophilized medicaments for contact lenses containing proteolytic enzymes, and lyophilized medicaments for contact lenses containing proteolytic enzymes and surfactants. The method of the present invention can stably preserve proteolytic enzymes in liquid form. In addition, cleaning, sterilization and preservation can be simultaneously performed in one solution, and efficient removal of contaminants is achieved only by immersing the contact lens in the drug in solution. Therefore, the medicine of this invention can be used easily and advantageously by simple operation. The process for the preparation of the lyophilized medicaments of the present invention can stabilize proteolytic enzymes during preparation into lyophilized formulations. In addition, the lyophilized medicament of the present invention can keep the protease stable and its solubility is extremely excellent. When preserved in aqueous solution, the stability of the enzyme can be maintained for a long time due to the action of the surfactant contained therein. |
