abstract The present invention relates to a method for preparing prozapine (I) and acid addition salts (II) thereof for inhibiting sympathetic nerves to produce plazapine (Prozapine) hydrochloride, which is widely used in digestive agents as an antifungal and bile secretory promoting substance. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for preparing prozapine hydrochloride by reacting diphenylmethane with nucleosamethyleneiminoethylchloride in the presence of a base to produce prozapine and converting hydrochloride.
