abstract The present invention provides a recombinant expression vector prepared by inserting a human parathyroid hormone gene including a nucleotide sequence of a urokinase cleavage site into an L-arabinose inducible vector containing a fragment of E. coli replication initiation inhibitory protein (Ici A) as a fusion partner. The present invention relates to a method for producing human parathyroid hormone in large quantities by culturing the transformed synthesized microorganism and the electric microorganism therefrom in a medium to which L-arabinose is added. Recombinant human PTH prepared in the present invention was confirmed to have the activity of the native type PTH. Therefore, by inducing the expression of L-arabinose by culturing the microorganism transformed with the recombinant expression vector of the present invention, the recombinant human PTH that maintains the activity of the native human PTH as it is produced in high yield through accurate induction control can do.
