abstract |
The heat resistant polyaniline or derivative thereof described contains a sulfonic acid compound as a dopant and the ratio of sulfonic acid groups per repeat unit of the polyaniline or derivative thereof is set to 28 to 40%. In addition, the described solid electrolytic capacitors use polyaniline or a derivative thereof containing a sulfonic acid compound as a dopant, and the ratio of sulfonic acid groups per repeat unit of the polyaniline or its derivative is set to 28 to 40%. At the dopant concentration within this selected range, the conductivity and pyrolysis initiation temperature characteristics are good. |
