abstract |
The present invention relates to oral sustained release compositions of acyclovir. By using carboxymethyl cellulose sodium and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose in a weight ratio of 1: 1 to 1: 2 as a matrix base, acyclovir is eluted at a constant rate for at least 12 hours, thereby showing a sufficient therapeutic effect by taking 1 to 2 times per day. |
