abstract The present invention relates to an expression vector for live and secretion of human calcitonin precursor (hCT-Gly) and to a method for preparing hCT-Gly using the same, comprising hCT-Gly linked to a polynucleotide encoding a ppL or inulinase secretion signal sequence. According to the method for culturing yeast transformed with an expression vector containing a gene, hCT-Gly can be secreted with high efficiency.
