titleOfInvention Anti-driving device and distributed power generation device and power generation system using the device
abstract Even if multiple distributed power generation systems are connected to one utility grid, the anti-operation prevention devices can easily and reliably prevent single operation of each distributed power supply constituting the distributed power generation system. This device includes a circuit breaker provided between the utility grid and the distributed power supply, a power detection device for detecting power value from a power line connected to the utility grid, and a power converter for converting power value according to the output from the pulse circuit. And a switch for connecting or disconnecting the controller, and a controller for controlling the breaker according to the variation of the power value during the connection or disconnection. Distributed power generation devices and distributed power generation systems use such devices. By further providing a synchronizing circuit for synchronizing the output of the pulse circuit with the signal output from the reference signal source, even when the amount of power generated during the single operation is in full equivalence with the load, the single operation can be performed without using a large facility. It can be prevented, and the time until single operation is stopped is also short.
