abstract The present invention relates to a semi-soluble extract as a skin emulsifying agent and a composition containing the semi-soluble extract, wherein the semi-soluble extract of the present invention is concentrated and extracted with anhydrous lower alcohol, ethyl acetate, methylene chloride or acetone having 1 to 4 carbon atoms. Water and solvent fractions are then treated with chloroform, normal butanol or ethyl acetate to separate the fractions that are soluble in polar solvents and dried, or the concentrated extracts are treated with water and solvent fractions and treated with normal hexane first to give a nonpolar solvent. Remove the soluble components, remove the water-soluble fractions again, and then treat with chloroform, normal butanol or ethyl acetate to separate the fractions dissolved in the polar solvent and dry.n n n The present invention is characterized in that it contains 0.001-20.0% by weight of semi-soluble extract.
