titleOfInvention Method for preparing type 2 ranitidine hydrochloride
abstract The present invention relates to a method for preparing ranitidine hydrochloride, and more particularly, by strongly blocking the histamine H 2- receptor to reduce the amount of gastric acid released to lower gastric acidity to treat gastric ulcer and peptic ulcer, and to prevent gastric ulcer during surgery. Or it relates to a method of producing a high yield of type 2 lanitidine hydrochloride by reacting with the amine hydrochloride in a polar solvent and ranitidine useful for treating allergic and inflammatory diseases known histamine mediator.
