An object of this invention is to provide the shaping | molding method and the apparatus which can be demoulded reliably without deformation after shaping | molding even in the easily shaping | molded article which has a some vertical part in a molded article.n n n The present invention provides a pair of material pressing rings (6u, 6b) disposed opposite to an upper mold (1u) side and a lower mold (1b) side of a molding apparatus for heating and forming a thin film (F). It is configured to operate independently from the upper mold, and the molded article is adsorbed to either the upper mold or the lower mold, the fixed ring of the adsorbed mold is fixed, and the ejection jig having a surface shape corresponding to the surface shape of the molded article. (7) is brought into close contact with the molded product, and the adsorption by the upper mold or the lower mold is released and the mold is returned to its original position after being demolded. |
