titleOfInvention | Plasmids Isolated from Alkali Genes Strains |
abstract | The present invention relates to a plasmid of about 4.3 kb isolated from Alcaligenes strain. When treated with Xmn 1 to the electric plasmid, it is cleaved into DNA fragments of 0.6 kb and 3.7 kb, with Afl III, into 4.3 kb DNA fragment, and with EcoR I, into 4.3 kb DNA fragment. , When treated with Hind III, cut into 2.1 and 2.2 kb DNA fragments; when treated with Sph I, cut into 0.8 and 3.5 kb DNA fragments; when treated with EcoĆ 109 I, 1.1 and 3.2 kb DNAs. Cut into fragments. Since the plasmid of the present invention was obtained from an alkali genes strain, the efficiency of transforming the alkali genes strain is high and is stable in the strain. In addition, the plasmid of the present invention can be used as an effective shuttle vector for the improvement of the alkali genes strain for the production of biodegradable polymer, etc., because the size of the plasmid is suitable for use as a transformation vector of the alkali genes strain. |
