abstract | The present invention relates to a water-soluble silicone resin release agent and a method for producing the same. The water-soluble silicone resin mold release agent of this invention consists of a silicone resin, a nonionic surfactant, and an anionic surfactant hardening catalyst. The release agent of the present invention forms a semi-permanent film on the surface of the molding mold with only silicone resin emulsion without adding any reinforcing agent or filler, so that it is easy to demold when forming rubber and synthetic resin products, and the secondary processing of the molded product is possible. It is a water-soluble silicone resin releasing agent excellent in heat resistance, abrasion resistance and durability. |
