abstract | The present invention relates to a pigment dispersion photoresist composition for a liquid crystal display color filter used in a liquid crystal television receiver, a video monitor, a camera, and the like. The present invention provides a pigment dispersion resist having a higher sensitivity than the conventional one by using a novel photosensitive resin composition and a pigment dispersion composition. It is for that purpose.n n n That is, the present invention comprises a polyene compound containing a tripolymer resin represented by the following general formula (I), a polyfunctional acrylate monomer or oligomer, and at least one unsaturated group, a polyfunctional thiol compound, a photopolymerization initiator and other additives. A pigment dispersion photoresist composition comprising a photosensitive resin composition, a pigment, a polymer dispersant, a pigment derivative dispersant, an antifoaming agent, an antisettling agent, a surfactant, and other additives. It has excellent performances such as stability and chromaticity.n n n n n n n n here,n n n R 1 is H, CH 3 , CH 2 COOH, orn n n R 2 is H, CH 2, orn n n n n n n n A may be H, Cl, Br, F, NO 2 , -Cl H 2L + 1 , -OCL H 2L + 1 , and L is an integer from 1 to 6.n n n R 4 is H, CH 3, orn n n R 5 is (CH 3 ) m, where m is an integer from 1 to 10,n n n X is -OH, (CH = CH2) n, OCO (CH = CH) n B,n n n n n n n n X, Y and Z are molar ratios between the monomers, X is 5-40 mol%, Y is 30-95 mol%, and Z is 0.1-75 mol%. |
