titleOfInvention | Method for preparing latex with monoclonal antibody |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for preparing a latex conjugated with an anti-villi gonadotropin-monoclonal antibody by contacting the latex with an anti-villi gonadotropin-monoclonal antibody (ANTI-HUMAN CHRIONIC GONADOTROPIN-MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY). According to the method of the present invention, the anti-villi gonadotropin-monoclonal antibody and bovine iron albumin are mixed at a ratio of 1: 5 to 1:40 by weight, and the latex is reacted by reacting the mixture with a latex. A latex with a stimulating hormone-monoclonal antibody is prepared. Monoclonal antibody-binding lattices prepared by the method of the present invention can be useful for diagnosing pregnancy using solid phase immunochromatography because of improved antigen binding or sensitivity. |
