titleOfInvention Resin composition of biaxially oriented film that can be directly deposited on metal
abstract According to this invention, the resin composition for biaxially stretched polypropylene films which can deposit a metal directly, without a primer treatment process, and the film using this resin composition as a vapor deposition layer are provided. The resin composition (A) 80 to 99.9% by weight of the homopolyphoroprene base having a melt index of 1 to 10 g / 10 min and an isotic index of 90 to 99%: (B) poly 0.1 to 10% by weight of maleic anhydride modified polypropylene resin having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.1 to 2 dl / g obtained by graft polymerization of maleic anhydride to propylene in 0.1 to 10% and (C) a melt index of 0.1 to 100 g / Ethylene copolymer resin such as 10min polyolefin rubber or ethylene vinyl acetate, ethylene butyl acetate and the like is composed of 0 to 10% by weight of one deposition strength improving resin selected from polyester. Since the film produced using this resin composition can directly deposit a metal without a primer application process, manufacturing cost is reduced and it has the outstanding characteristic of deposition strength and gloss.
