abstract |
A process for the preparation and coating of sodium carbonate perhydrate containing from l0.5% to 14% of active oxygen, which is stable in non-phosphate detergent compositions and has a bulk density of 900 to 1,050 kg / m 3. Stormwater sodium carbonate having a pore volume of at least 0.29 ml / g is contacted with 50% to 75% hydrogen peroxide in the presence of 1-hydroxyethylidene-1, l-diphosphonic acid and at a rate to maintain a dry reaction mixture.
