titleOfInvention battery
abstract The battery has an electrode body having a wound structure including a band-shaped first electrode, a band-shaped second electrode, and a band-shaped separator provided between the first electrode and the second electrode. A battery including an electrolyte, wherein the electrode located on the innermost circumference of the first electrode and the second electrode is a current collector having a first main surface and a second main surface, and an electrode of the electrode. The first active material layer formed on the first main surface and the first end on the winding center side of the electrode so that the first current collector exposed portion is provided at the end on the winding center side. A second active material layer formed on the second main surface, a first insulating member, and a second insulating member are provided so that the second current collector exposed portion is provided. The first insulating member covers the boundary between the first active material layer and the first current collector exposed portion, and the first current collector exposed portion, and the second insulating member is the second active material. It covers the boundary between the layer and the second current collector exposed portion, and the second current collector exposed portion. The first insulating member and the second insulating member are overlapped with each other sandwiching the current collector. The width of the first insulating member and the second insulating member in the lateral direction of the electrode is larger than the width of the electrode in the lateral direction of the electrode. There is a second insulating member on the second main surface between the winding center end of the electrode and the end of the first active material layer, the winding center side end of the electrode and the second active material. It is characterized by having a first insulating member on a first main surface between the ends of the layer. [Selection diagram] Fig. 2
