abstract It is an object of the present invention to provide a liquid crystal emulsified composition which is viscous petrolatum-like and has little stickiness after application. As a solution, there is provided a liquid crystal emulsified composition containing the following (A) to (G) in the following proportions. (A) A hydrophilic surfactant (a1) which is a polyoxyethylene / polyoxypropylene / alkyl ether represented by the following general formula 1, and a hydrophilic interface which is a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether represented by the following general formula 2. Either or both of the activators (a2): 1 wt% or more and 8 wt% or less General formula 1: HO (C 2 H 4 O) n- (C 3 H 6 O) mR (In the formula, n is an integer of 15 to 50, m is an integer of 1 to 16, R is an alkyl group, and the number of carbon atoms is selected by C12 to C24.) General formula 2: HO (C 2 H 4 O) nR (In the formula, n is selected according to 15 to 50, R is an alkyl group, and the number of carbon atoms is C12 to C24.) (B) The number of added moles of polyoxyethylene is 15 or more and 60 or less, the number of added moles of the hydrophilic surfactant (b1), which is a polyoxyethylene fatty acid derivative of the alkyl group having C15 to C24, and the number of added moles of polyoxyethylene is 20. Either or both of the hydrophilic surfactants (b2), which are polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oils of 100 or more and 100 or less: 1 wt% or more and 8 wt% or less (C) Non-hydrophilic surfactants: 2 wt% or more and 8 wt% or less (D) Oil content: 5 wt% or more and 30 wt% or less (E) Water-soluble alcohol: 15 wt% or more and 80 wt% or less (F) Trimethylglycine: 1 wt% or more and 8 wt% or less (G) Water: 8 wt% or more and 40 wt% or less.
