abstract | The method for producing lead is a method for producing lead using lead paste having or not having grid leads or galena ore as a raw material, and acetic acid, chloride, nitrate, citrate or salts thereof in an aqueous solution. It is contacted with a solvent containing some of the compounds of the above and a material that binds to the metal lead ions of the ion and molecule to selectively dissolve the desired lead, thereby producing a high concentration lead ion solution. Lead ion is added to the high-concentration lead ion solution by adding a lead reduction accelerator of a metal powder of aluminum, iron, copper or zinc other than lead, or a chemical reduction accelerator of hydrazine, sodium bromide and sodium metabisulfite. It has a step of promoting the reduction of lead and recovering lead, and regenerates the solvent after lead is precipitated from the high-concentration lead ion solution. |
