abstract | Provided are an aqueous dispersion having excellent adhesion to a polyolefin substrate, and a method for producing the same. The polymerization comprises a graft copolymer obtained by graft-copolymerizing an acrylic polymer containing a structural unit derived from a surfactant having a polymerizable group with a non-chlorinated polyolefin having a carboxyl group, and an aqueous medium. The problem is solved by an aqueous dispersion containing 1% by mass to 10% by mass of the constituent unit derived from the surfactant having a sex group with respect to the graft copolymer. |
