titleOfInvention | Projection image display material, windshield glass and head-up display system |
abstract | A member for projecting image display that has high visible light transmittance, suppresses double image of displayed image, and has excellent suitability for polarized sunglasses of reflected incident light from outside light, windshield glass and head-up display using this member for projecting image display. The issue is to provide a system. It has one or more retardation layers, one or more selective reflection layers, and one or more polarization conversion layers in this order, and the polarization conversion layer is a layer in which the spiral orientation structure of the liquid crystal compound is fixed. The number of pitches x and the thickness y [μm] of the polarization conversion layer are "0.3 ≦ x ≦ 7.0", "0.5 ≦ y ≦ 6.0", and "y ≦ 0.7x + 3.2". And by satisfying "y ≧ 0.7x-1.4", the problem is solved. |
