abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a vinyl sulfonic acid anhydride useful as a synthetic intermediate in synthesizing a fluorinated monomer. Another object of the present invention is to efficiently and efficiently produce the vinyl sulfonic acid anhydride. Another object of the present invention is to efficiently produce a fluorinated monomer using the vinyl sulfonic acid anhydride. The vinyl sulfonic acid anhydride of the present invention is characterized by being represented by the general formula (1). Further, the method for producing a vinyl sulfonic acid anhydride of the present invention is characterized by including a step (a) of contacting and mixing the vinyl sulfonic acid compound represented by the general formula (2) with the anhydrous agent. .. Further, in the method for producing a vinyl sulfonyl fluoride of the present invention, a vinyl sulfonic acid anhydride represented by the general formula (1) and a fluorinating agent are brought into contact with each other and mixed, and the vinyl sulfonyl represented by the general formula (3) is produced. It is characterized by comprising a step (b) of obtaining a reaction mixture containing a fluoride and a vinyl sulfonic acid compound represented by the general formula (2).
