The present invention provides a method for producing carbamate and the like, which comprises the following steps (1) and (2). (1) Using an organic primary amine having at least one primary amino group in one molecule and at least one of carbon dioxide and a carbonic acid derivative, the temperature is lower than the thermal dissociation temperature of the urea bond. Step of producing compound (A) having a urea bond; (2) A step of reacting the compound (A) with a carbonic acid ester to produce carbamate. |
