abstract | The present invention provides a means capable of measuring the concentration of an analysis object with high accuracy without requiring fractionation of biological components. In the present invention, (1) the biological sample is prepared, and (2) the biological sample is mixed with a color-developing reagent, an oxidation-reduction enzyme and a scattered light modifier, and the scattered light is substantially the same as that of the biological sample. The present invention relates to a method for measuring the concentration of an analysis object in a biological sample, which comprises obtaining a certain analysis sample and (3) measuring the concentration of the analysis object using the analysis sample. |
