An object of the present invention is to provide a photoresponsive Smo ligand in which a photodegradable protecting group is bound to an active site (a site important for agonist or antagonist activity) of the Smo ligand. That is, the present invention is a photoresponsive Smo ligand in which a photodegradable protecting group is bound to the active site of the Smo ligand. More specifically, for example, it is a photoresponsive Smo ligand characterized in that the Smo ligand is a 1,4-diaminocyclohexane derivative and the photodegradable protecting group contains an aromatic ring. |
