abstract |
Provided is a mold material capable of further improving the fluidity and further improving the filling rate of the mold obtained by molding, and also has good mold releasability and disintegration property, and the casting surface of the cast product is good. It is also possible to provide a mold material which can give an advantageous mold having excellent strength, which can effectively improve sand adhesion to a casting. A solid binder layer is formed on the fire-resistant aggregate by using a water-soluble inorganic binder so as to cover the surface thereof, and the surface of the binder layer has a heat-repellent binder property. Spherical silicone resin particles having a spheroidal silicone resin particles are present in a form in which a part of the spherical silicone resin particles is exposed without being covered with the water-soluble inorganic binder, and are present in an adhered or layered state and have fluidity at room temperature. It is characterized in that it is composed as a granular material. |
