abstract |
According to one aspect of the present invention, the conductive film 10 has the first conductive portion 11 and the second conductive portion 14, and the surface 14A of the second conductive portion 14 is the surface 10A of the conductive film 10. The front surface 11A of the first conductive portion 11 forms at least a part of the back surface 10B of the conductive film 10, and the first conductive portion 11 and the second conductive portion 14 are conductive, respectively. Provided is a conductive film 10 containing fibers 15 and 17, wherein the surface resistance value of the second conductive portion 14 is within ± 30% of the surface resistance value of the first conductive portion 11. |
