abstract | A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing a vinyl polymer (A) and an acrylic adhesive polymer syrup (B), wherein the vinyl polymer (A) has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 30 ° C. or higher and 200 ° C. or lower. The number average molecular weight is 500 or more and 10,000 or less, and the content is 0.5 parts by mass or more and 60 parts by mass or less with respect to 100 parts by mass of the acrylic adhesive polymer (B). By applying the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition to a separator and curing it to obtain a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the first Tg, which is the glass transition temperature of the entire pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, is −80 ° C. or higher and 10 ° C. or lower. The second Tg, which is the glass transition temperature calculated from the surface layer portion of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer obtained by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic analysis, is 40 ° C. or higher, and is 30 ° C. or higher higher than the first Tg.
