Hydrogel particles and methods for producing them, cells or cell structures containing hydrogel particles, methods for evaluating cell activity using hydrogel particles, and use of hydrogel particles as sustained-release preparations. |
abstract |
The subject of the present invention is a hydrogel particle capable of maintaining the magnetic particle in the cell for a long period of time by controlling the intracellular release of the magnetic particle contained and taken up by the activity of the cell itself. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing the same, a cell or a cell structure containing such hydrogel particles, and a method for evaluating cell activity using such hydrogel particles. The present invention comprises a domain composed of a first hydrogel, a matrix comprising the domain and composed of a second hydrogel having a degree of cross-linking or a composition different from that of the first hydrogel, and at least the above. The above problem is solved by the hydrogel particles including the magnetic particles supported on the first hydrogel. |
