titleOfInvention | Coated inorganic fine particles and method for producing the same |
abstract | [Summary] An object of the present invention is to provide coated inorganic fine particles suitable for applications of transparent nanocomposite materials used for optical members, electronic members, coating materials, dental materials and the like, and a method for producing the same. Any of the following formulas (A-1), (A-2), (B-1), (B-2), (C), (D-1), and (D-2) on the surface of the inorganic fine particles. A coated inorganic fine particle having a coating layer, which is obtained by reacting at least one of a compound represented by the formula (1) and a salt thereof, wherein the inorganic fine particle has an average particle diameter of 1 nm or more and less than 100 nm and a specific surface area of 1 m 2. /G or more and less than 3,000 m 2 /g and the content of the volatile organic compound is less than 100 ppm, the coated inorganic fine particles are excellent in mass productivity and do not aggregate even at a high concentration. It is possible to realize a transparent nanocomposite material uniformly dispersed. |
