titleOfInvention Liquid crystal composition, method for producing reflective layer, reflective layer, cured product, optically anisotropic body
abstract A first object of the present invention is to provide a liquid crystal composition capable of forming a reflective layer having excellent diffuse reflectivity. A second object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a reflective layer having excellent diffuse reflectivity, and a reflective layer having excellent diffuse reflectivity. Further, a third object of the present invention is to provide a cured product and an optically anisotropic material formed using the liquid crystal composition. The liquid crystal composition of the present invention comprises a liquid crystal compound, a chiral agent A whose helix inducing force is reduced by light irradiation, and a chiral agent B which induces a helix in the opposite direction to the chiral agent A, and aligns the liquid crystal compound. When the cholesteric liquid crystal phase is formed, the cholesteric alignment is performed in the spiral direction induced by the chiral agent B.
