PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin syringe, a prefilled syringe, and a method for manufacturing a resin syringe in which a printed layer such as a scale printed on the outer surface of a syringe body is hard to peel off. A resin syringe (10) comprising a polyolefin syringe body (11) and a printing layer (18) printed on at least a part of an outer surface (17) of the syringe body, the printing layer having a chlorination rate. The outer surface having a component containing 15 to 30% of chlorinated polypropylene, a colorant and a filler, and having a printed layer printed thereon has a plurality of recesses 19 having a depth d1 and a width d2 of 50 nm or more and less than 1 μm.
