In the solid electrolyte, a part of the elements constituting the mobile ion-containing substance is replaced, and the occupied impurity levels or electrons occupied by electrons between the valence band and the conduction band of the mobile ion-containing substance. The energy difference between the highest energy level among the occupied impurity levels and the LUMO level, and the lowest energy level and the HOMO level among the unoccupied impurity levels. The smaller one of the energy difference from the position is larger than 0.3 eV. |
