A fiber-reinforced composite material comprising a polyolefin resin composition and reinforcing fibers has sufficient mechanical strength, and is bonded to a metal member with sufficient strength without using an intermediate material such as an adhesive. It aims at providing a composite_body | complex and its manufacturing method. A composite formed by welding and fixing a fiber reinforced composite material (I) and a metal member (II) comprising a resin composition containing (A) a polypropylene resin, (B) a modified polyolefin resin, and reinforcing fibers. (A) The tensile elastic modulus of the polypropylene resin is 1 GPa or more, and (B) the modified polyolefin resin is selected from the group consisting of a carboxylic acid group-containing vinyl monomer and an epoxy group-containing vinyl monomer. It is a modified polyolefin resin modified with a seed or more, and solves the above problem by setting the weight ratio of (A) and (B) in the resin composition to a specific ratio. |
