An optical film mainly composed of a crystallized resin containing an alicyclic structure-containing polymer, wherein the crystallinity of the crystallized resin is 30% or more, and the arithmetic average roughness of at least one surface is 2. An optical film having a thickness of 5 nm or less. Preferably, the composition ratio of the oxygen element to the carbon element in the surface layer on at least one surface is 1/10 or more, and the composition ratio of the nitrogen element to the carbon element is 1/20 or less. There is also provided a multilayer film having the optical film, an adherend layer, and an adhesive layer provided between the optical film and the adherend layer. |
