Disclosed is a resin material that can effectively improve insulation and thermal conductivity, and can effectively suppress variation in dielectric breakdown strength. In the resin material according to the present invention, the first boron nitride aggregated particles, the second boron nitride aggregated particles, and a binder resin are included, and the second boron nitride aggregated particles have a 10% K value of the second boron nitride aggregated particles. The 30% K value of the second boron nitride aggregated particles is smaller than the 30% K value of the first boron nitride aggregated particles, and the 30% K value of the second boron nitride aggregated particles is smaller than the 10% K value of the first boron nitride aggregated particles. |
